My name is Abbie Ricketts and I am from Portsmouth, England.
 

I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years and have trained clients in both home and gym environments on a one-to-one basis.
 

It has always been my goal as a personal trainer to give people the confidence to exercise whatever their fitness level.
 

I understand that many people feel too intimidated to attend a commercial gym.

Therefore, I have created a programme that can be done within the comfort of your home with minimal equipment.

37 recipes and 12 weekly meal plans

​A recipe book full of easy to follow recipes plus weekly meal plans to follow.

All the recipes are either gluten free or come with gluten free alternatives.

You’ll also have direct access to me via our Facebook group, ABSolute Personal Training Community, where you can have discussions with other participants on the programme and ask me any questions.

What do you need for the programme?​
 

  • ​A varied set of dumbbells (3kg and 5kg would be a good place to start).

  • A mat.

  • A resistance band.

  • ​A step (you can use the bottom step of your stairs).

  • A space big enough to lie down in. 

  • The above equipment can be purchased for a reasonable price on Amazon/Ebay.

  • ​The dumbbells and resistance band won't be needed until week 3 of the programme so you can get started even if you don't have these yet.
