BOXERCISE

​

  • When: Tuesday 6:30-7:15pm

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Capacity: 8

  • What is it: Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun. This is a great stress busting class and you can enjoy boxing training without getting hit. Levels available for all abilities. For safety and hygiene reasons you will be required to wear boxing hand wraps. You can bring your own wraps (1.5m length will be sufficient). Or you can purchase a pair from us for £4.

STRENGTH

  • When: Wednesday 6:30-7:15pm

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Capacity: 8

  • What is it: A low impact class that will bodyweight and resistance band exercises to help improve full body strength. The perfect class to help you build your confidence and knowledge of resistance training. Levels available for all abilities.

BARRE

  • ​​When: Tuesday 7:15-8:00pm

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Class Capacity: 8

  • What is it: A low impact class focused on strength and conditioning exercises for the lower body and core. We use ballet inspired movements but you do not need to be a ballerina to join this class! Get ready to 'feel the burn'!

CORE

​

  • ​​When: Wednesday 7:15-8:00pm

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Class Capacity: 8

  • What is it: This class will focus on increasing your core strength and improving your posture. Having a strong core will make you better at everything you do, from day to day activities to your favourite sport. Levels available for all abilities.

HIIT

​

  • ​​When: Thursday 6:45-7:30pm

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Class Capacity: 8

  • What is it: High Intensity Interval Training. Short bursts of high intense exercise followed by a recovery period, getting your heart rate up and helping to burn fat. Your high intensity may be different to someone else's so we ensure different levels are available for all abilities. Beginners are very welcome.

MUM+BABY

​

  • ​​When: Monday 10-10:45am

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership​.

  • Class Capacity: 8

  • What is it: A class, designed for mums with babies under two years old who are returning to exercise. The class features gentle workouts that focus on rebuilding core strength and improving posture. Beginners are very welcome.

BOOTCAMP

​

  • When: Monday 6:30-7:15pm

  • How Much: £6 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership.

  • Capacity: 20

  • What is it: Interval training, circuits, games and lots of laughs! We run all year round whatever the weather! ​Different levels available for all abilities.

CIRCUITS

​

  • When: Saturday 9:30-10:15am

  • How Much: £8 or free with an ABSolute Unlimited Membership.

  • Capacity: 8

  • What is it: In this class you will move around a number of stations and perform a different exercise at each stop. This is a full body workout consisting of cardio and resistance training. Different levels are available for all abilities.

BOOKING POLICY


As we have limited spaces per class advance booking is essential. Booking opens 7 days prior to each class (8 days for ABSolute Unlimited members), this gives everyone the same opportunity to get a space in a class. If a class is fully booked and not showing on the booking system, please email us at info@absolutepersonaltraining.co.uk and we will add you to the waiting list.

PAYMENT


Payments must be via card on the day of your class or can be paid in advance via bank transfer (details upon request). We do not accept cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY


We operate a 12 hour cancellation policy on all class bookings. Should you cancel a class with less than 12 hours notice, full payment will still be required. This includes cancellations due to Covid-19. This policy enables us to ensure spaces don’t go to waste. To cancel please email info@absolutepersonaltraining.co.uk. For ABSolute Unlimited members if you late cancel 3 times within a calendar month you will be charged a £10 cancellation fee.

FACILITES


​We have one toilet located in the gym. We also have a chilled water dispenser but encourage everyone to bring their own bottles of water where possible.

 

EQUIPMENT


We supply all mats for all classes, although you are very welcome to bring your own if you would prefer. For Boxercise, all pads and gloves are provided but you are required to bring your own boxing hand wraps for safely and hygiene reasons. You can purchase these from us at your first class for £4.



WEATHER


As always, we never like to let the weather get in our way. Bootcamps will continue to run in all weather unless you are informed otherwise. We share our bootcamp area with sheep and goats sp we advise you to not wear your best trainers!

DIRECTIONS

​

As you drive along Portsdown Hill towards Fareham you will go past The Churchillian pub on your right. Take the next right and this will take you to the Fort Widley car park.

 

Once you have parked, walk through the big gates (use the small metal handle, not the big silver one) and turn immediately left and we are down the stairs.


For Bootcamps: Once you have parked in the East Gate car park at Fort Widley, walk through the big gates and continue to walk directly ahead of you. Follow the path around to the left and walk up the steps on your right hand side, this will lead you up to the edge of the parade ground. Once you have reached the top of the stairs, head towards the top righthand side of the parade ground and you will find us by the trailer in the corner.

For indoor classes: Once you have walked through the big gates, turn immediately left, come down the stairs and you are in the gym. Head straight on to our main studio for all classes.
