GET FIT AT THE FORT!

ABSolute Personal Training is located in the iconic building that is Fort Widley, overlooking the city of Portsmouth.

It is a bespoke and fully equipped private gym dedicated to Personal Training and pay-as-you-go classes. You will be able to enjoy your sessions by training effectively away from the crowds of a standard gym. Equipment includes: TRX, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Olympic Bar and Weights, Hydraulic Resistance Machines, Spinning Bike, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls and much more.

There are no additional fees or gym memberships and no mirrors.

Classes include: Bootcamp, Barre, HIIT, Boxercise, Pilates, Strength and Abs. Class sizes are small which means you are guaranteed to receive a personal service.

ABSolute Personal Training Owner

Abbie has always had a passion for keeping fit, whether taking dance classes from a young age or competing in her school's athletics team. She loves to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

In 2011 she qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor which led her to realise her love for encouraging people towards their fitness goals. This resulted in her building up multiple qualifications including: Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 2 Kettlebell Instructor, Level 2 Postural Analysis, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise Instructor, TRX® Certified Suspension Trainer, Biomechanics Trainer and Boxercise® Instructor.

​Abbie prides herself on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients to exercise in.
