• The ABSolute Unlimited membership is a monthly rolling contract. Your second payment will be collected 1 month after your initial payment, subsequent payments will be collected monthly thereafter.​

• You can cancel your membership at anytime on our website. Once cancelled, your membership will remain active until the day your next payment is due.

​

• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.

​

• Booking opens 8 days prior to the class.

​

• Classes are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first serve basis.​

​

• If you have 3 late class cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) in 1 calendar month you will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.

​

• There may be occasions where ABSolute Personal Training will have to cancel classes. We will do our best to let you know in advance of these closures, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You will not be entitled to a refund in such circumstances.

• Memberships cannot be transferred to anyone else.

​

• If a payment is missed your membership will be terminated immediately.

​

• Members must be 16 or older.

​

• From time to time we may need to increase the price of the membership. We will give you at least 1 full months notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period you will have your usual right to terminate your membership. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.

• Introductory offer - The discounted monthly payments are for 6 months only. After 6 months your membership will be cancelled and you will need to repurchase your membership at the normal price of £59 a month. If you cancel your membership within the first 6 months you will forfeit your discounted membership and will pay the normal price of £59 a month should you wish to repurchase your membership.

• Free trial offer - Your first monthly payment of £59 will be taken 2 weeks after your initial sign up. You can cancel at anytime. Offer available to new customers only.

• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by an event outside of our reasonable control.
