There’s no obligation to sign up — just a friendly conversation in a calm, private setting.

What to Expect

 

Your free initial consultation lasts around 45–60 minutes and takes place in my private garden studio in Drayton.

During our time together we’ll:

  • Talk about your goals, lifestyle, and any concerns.

  • Discuss any pregnancy, post-natal, menopause, or injury considerations.

  • Answer any questions you have.

  • Make sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

There is no exercise taking place at the consultation, it is about getting to know you and discussing the right steps going forward.
