3 tbsp Oats
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Greek yoghurt and fruit of your choice to serve
Blend the banana, eggs and oats in a blender. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pour the banana mixture into the pan making 2-3 small pancakes (depending on the size of your pan). Flip with a spatula after 3-4 mins and cook the other side for a further minute. Remove the pancakes from the pan and top with your Greek yoghurt and fruit.
